The Sumter County Courthouse in Livingston reopened Wednesday, after being closed due to a bomb threat Tuesday.
The threat was phoned in to the Livingston Police Department around 8:30 a.m.
The building was evacuated and a bomb-sniffing dog from Tuscaloosa checked for explosives.
Investigators said nothing suspicious was found inside the building.
