(AP) -- More than 60,000 homes and businesses in Michigan are still without power from Sunday's fierce wind storm.

Utilities have brought crews in from neighboring states to help with repairs and say they expect full service to be restored by tomorrow.

High water remains a threat in Michigan, where areas along most of the major rivers and streams are under flood warnings. A weekend thaw melted a heavy snowpack.

There's minor to moderate flooding reported in Illinois.

Spokane, Washington, has received almost five feet of snow this month, a record. About eight more inches fell yesterday.

The weight caused a supermarket roof to cave in but there were no serious injuries.
