Wasn't he a racist that was part of the infamous Mississippi Burning era and movie? Just wondering.

My prayers and love go out to the Horne family. Mr.Tommy was the finest person and an example of a true Representative. Someone who looked out for all the people. It is truly a blessing that his son, Steve was elected to fill his position. No one else could have filled his "fine shoes". God bless the Horne Family.
