Two suspects accused of using a gun to steal a car from Forest, Miss., attorney Constance Slaughter-Harvey in 2002 have been indicted by a federal grand jury.
Danwawn Brown and Adam Jones face the charges for the Dec. 19 incident in Scott County. Slaughter-Harvey also suffered minor injuries.
In an unrelated case, five people were indicted in Nehsoba County for conspiracy to distribute crack cocaine. The investigation covered an eight-month period of time.
U.S. District Court published the indictments Wednesday.
