A lawsuit has been filed by seven members of UWA's Board of Trustees.
The plaintiffs claim that five others members of the board are preventing the board from functioning.
Two groups of board members met separately last month, each claiming to represent the university and its business.
As we reported earlier this week, Governor Bob Riley is getting involved to possibly end the dispute. He has called for a meeting with the entire board. The meeting will be held Sept. 12.
