The verdict is in for a murder case being heard in Smith County this week.
27-year-old Nicholas Dardar was found found not guilty for the shooting death of his stepson in 2008. The 19-year-old died last July in a house in Mize.
He was convicted of the lesser charge of shooting into an occupied dwelling.
A sentencing date is expected to be set within the next 30 days.

"how can you love someone that killed a good kid? your dumb" I don't know where you get your news, but obviously you need to change the station. You've been misinformed. Further, you shouldn't personally attack someone b/c you don't agree w/ their beliefs.
