EMCC Instructor Dies

An instructor at East Mississippi Community College was found dead on his property Tuesday.
Earl Oliver, 55, had taught auto mechanics at the Scooba Campus since 1992.
Oliver was a graduate of Harris Junior College in Meridian and Mississippi Valley State.
The cause of death was not immediately known and an autopsy is being performed.
Arrangements are incomplete at Berry and Gardner Funeral Home in Meridian.
