The accident happened around 11:30 in the morning Wednesday on Interstate 59 in the Heidelberg area. 40-year-old Carrie Broussard from Williamson, Texas, was killed in the one-vehicle crash. Two passengers in the vehicle received moderate injuries. A preliminary investigation shows that Broussard lost control of the vehicle and collided into a tree.
