Newton's police chief is back on the job. Harvey Curry returned to work Tuesday after undergoing surgery to clear a blocked artery. Curry suffered what was described as a mild heart attack Sept. 30.
Curry told Newscenter 11 Friday that he's limited to half-days right now, but is feeling good.
Curry, Newton's Chief since 1999, says he hopes his doctor will release him to go back to work full-time, after his check-up next week.
