State Attorney General Mike Moore was scheduled to speak at the Neshoba County Fair, but couldn't make it due to a development in the WorldCom investigation.

Former WorldCom Chief Financial Officer Scott Sullivan and Comptroller David Myers face a seven-count complaint unveiled Thursday by a federal court in New York.

It alleges they committed fraud and conspiracy in the WorldCom case.

Both men were arrested, and they were later released on multi-million dollar bonds.
