There were no new plans or policies.

This year Gov. Ronnie Musgrove used his speech at the Neshoba County Fair to tout his record. He listed education as an area of success and an area for improvement.

This entire week, reporters have been hungry for 2003 gubernatorial candidates, but there have been none.

Wednesday Lt. Gov. Amy Tuck gave indications she would not run. Attorney General Mike Moore is still deciding and so is republican Haley Barbour.

Even the governor kept quiet on the election.

The first word could come from Moore. He says he'll make a decision by summer's end.
