Amtrak's high-speed train service is turning out to be a bust.
Equipment problems and unreliable service are forcing Amtrak to adjust the new Acela Express service.
The trains look sleek but are anything but fast. In July, only 74 percent reached their destination with 15 minutes of the scheduled arrival time.
