Forty-year-old Allen Phillips was last seen Wednesday afternoon around 2:30 p.m., walking on Russell Road in the Little Rock community.
Phillips is a white male, 6 "2", and weighs about 200 pounds. He was last seen wearing blue overalls, with a blue shirt and red cap.
If you have information on his whereabouts you are asked to call the Newton County Sheriff's Department at 635-2101.
