Mississippi Gov. Haley Barbour will lay out his legislative wish list Monday night in his first State of the State Address.
Spending more on education, less on prisons and overhauling workforce training are some of the topics Gov. Barbour will hit on during his first State of the State address.
Barbour has already announced he hopes to re-open and support privatized prisons.
Barbour will make his 40 minute speech Monday night, the first time the annual talk will be given in prime time.
