Federal Indictments Released

Court

A federal grand jury has issued indictments in three cases from Neshoba County.

Todd Nance Fulton was named in an indictment for allegedly possessing child pornography in July of 2001.

In an unrelated case, Darin Dwayne Durant was indicted on a charge of lustful touching of a 12-year-old girl on the Choctaw Indian reservation.

The third indictment names Willie Murrell Ben, then an employee of the Silver Star Casino, for alleged embezzlement.
