Cake Store Robbery

Robbery
A local bakery in downtown Meridian was robbed late Saturday afternoon. A worker at the Dolly Madison Cake Store on 49th Avenue reported the robbery to police around 5:00 p.m.
The robber apparently entered the store, demanded money, and after getting it, fled the store on foot.
Workers there were not able to give a good description of the robber.
The Meridian Police Department is investigating.
