Thursday the school hosted its annual spring job fair. Almost two-dozen local businesses took part. Organizers say these type events are very important for students.
"First of all they can see more than one employers talk to them. Given them a resume'. It also helps them kind of career wise in our area to know where the jobs are," says MCC Career Development Coordinator, Deborah Nettles.
Representatives from the healthcare, sales, industrial and broadcast industries were on hand for the job fair.
