A third suspect has been charged in the April 29 shooting death of Bobby Warren at his home near Lake, Miss.
The Newton County Sheriff's Department charged Taylor Morado with murder Tuesday. He has not yet made an initial appearance in court.
An accessory charge against Sara Ann Warren, the victim's wife, has now been upgraded to murder. Her original $200,000 on an accessory charge could be raised by a justice court judge.
Billy Paul King of Scott County was previously charged with murder. His bond was set at $500,000.
Investigators recovered a 22-caliber rifle believed to be the murder weapon.
Sheriff Jacki Knight said Lt. Raymond Delk, an investigator with the Mississippi Highway Patrol, and the Scott County Sheriff's Department were instrumental in making all three arrests.
