Legislators will be back at the Capitol at 12 noon Monday to start looking again at the two issues in the special session, voter identification and changes to the civil justice system.

The only action Friday came when the House and Senate appointed negotiators to work on the final version of a voter ID bill.

During the regular session, the two sides could not agree on ID.

The Senate wanted all voters to be required to show an ID before voting. The House wanted to exempt people born before 1940.
