Meridian police were called to the scene of a shooting at 1612 7th Avenue around 4:30 p.m. Friday afternoon.
Details are sketchy, but one man was taken to Rush Hospital in a private car that was described as having blood all over one side.
Police were searching for another vehicle with an out of state license plate in connection with the incident.
