Philadelphia, Miss. --- The Neshoba County Coliseum is playing host to the 1st annual Black Rodeo on Saturday night, but activities got underway Saturday morning outside the coliseum as nearly 100 athletes participated in a 5K "Walk Against Obesity."
Mississippi has the highest obesity rate in the nation, and Philadelphia Mayor James Young, who participated in today's walk, says his goal is to make Philadelphia the healthiest city in the state.
All proceeds from this event are being donated to the Boys and Girls Club of Philadelphia.
