The Neshoba County Sheriff's Department has one suspect in custody and is looking for a second person in the death of Nikki Hill of Shuqualak.
Rachel B. Cumberland, 35, of Carthage was denied bond on capital murder and kidnapping charges.
Neshoba County Sheriff Larry Myers said 28-year-old John Robert Williams, originally of Carthage, is wanted on the same charges.
Williams may be working in the Jackson, Miss., area.
Myers also said authorities have recovered what they believe is the murder weapon.
While Myers would not discuss a motive, he said both Hill and Williams were at a casino in Neshoba County prior to Hill's disappearance.
Williams should be considered armed and dangerous.
Information on Williams' whereabouts may be reported to the Neshoba County Sheriff's Office at (601) 656-1414 or the Mississippi Bureau of Investigation at (601) 987-1530.
