Eighteen-year-old Johnathan Davis and Eric Thomas appeared before Justice Court Judge Robbie Robinson Tuesday afternoon, and bond was denied. The two are charged with capitol murder in the death of 47-year-old Stanley Lyles.
On Aug. 24, Lyles was found stabbed to death in his home on Sneed Road.
Over the weekend the two young men were extradited from Kentucky.
