A private single engine four-seat Mooney aircraft made a safe emergency landing at an airport in Butler, Alabama Wednesday afternoon.
Details are sketchy, but Meridian airport director Tom Williams said the plane had passed through Key Field and apparently experienced alternator failure in flight.
No one was injured.
