A case of arson filed against James ''Buddy'' Anderson in Jasper County has been dismissed.
According to a court order, some physical evidence obtained by law enforcement was suppressed and could not be presented at trial.
Anderson had been accused of setting a fire at Buddy's Seafood in Bay Springs. The case has now been dropped.
