So far, FEMA officials say almost 300 Clarke County residents have contacted the agency for disaster assistance and nearly $95,000 in FEMA grants have been approved. Statewide that number is approaching $12.2 million.
The Disaster Recovery Center in Quitman closed Wednesday. However, applications may still be submitted.
