Authorities Investigating Motorcycle Accident

Authorities say they are investigating an accident involving a motorcycle on Saturday afternoon.
The Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department says it happened just after 1:00 at the intersection of Old Eighth Street Road and Weldwood Drive when a pick up truck and motorcycle collided. The person on the motorcycle was taken to a hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Investigators say the cause of the crash is under investigation.
