Bad Check Deadline

Friday is the deadline for people to contact the 10th Circuit Court District Bad Check Unit to take care of what they owe.

After Mar. 8, the bad check cases from Lauderdale, Kemper, Clarke and Wayne counties are to be turned over to the district attorney's office for prosecution.

The office for the Bad Check Unit is located on the third floor of the Lauderdale County Courthouse. For more information call 601-484-3960.
