A Meridian business that was the victim of an attempted robbery has released surveillance images of the crime.
Two suspects were hiding behind a gas pump at the Gas n Go on Highway 19 at College Park Monday night.
The clerk came out to check on something he saw, then pulls out his own gun when he spots the suspects. They trip as they try to hurry and get away.
Store officials say the clerk actually tried to shoot the suspects, but his gun misfired.
