A woman who was featured just a few weeks ago on our 11 Who Care segment won a big honor in Philadelphia.
Philadelphia resident Roberta Byars was named Neshoba County's Citizen of the Year at the Annual Chamber of Commerce meeting.
Byars is a longtime volunteer in the community, helping out various organizations such as the Community Development Partnership, despite a decades-long fight with multiple sclerosis.
