Authorities in New York are still trying to track down the owner of a car that was recently found in a west Alabama river.
The discovery was made Saturday night in the Tombigbee River in the northern part of Sumter County.
Sheriff Tyrone Clarke says officials have identified who owned the 2005 SUV, but have yet to locate that person.
