Meridian's Center for Pregnancy Choices has a new director, a new location, and a new direction.
Beth Sharp is taking over as the new director next week.
The organization is also moving into a new location at 9th Street and 24th Avenue, the former home of the Boys Scouts of America Choctaw Area Council.
Sharp says this new job is a divine appointment, based on what happened with her first daughter.
"My daughter, Sara Beth, was spared from an attempted abortion, 23 years ago. And it was because of a crisis center and the billboards they had all around the area where I was living, that really changed my life," said Sharp.
The Center for Pregnancy Choices is a non-profit organization that advocates for options other than abortion for women in crisis pregnancies.
