The judge in a Clarke County murder case has granted a defense motion to move the trial out of the county.
Circuit Judge Robert Bailey granted a change of venue for the trial of Keith Allen Davis. Davis is accused of Killing utility worker Nathan Baker in June 2012.
It has not yet been determined where the new location will be.
Davis' lawyers argued that intense media coverage and possible racial prejudice made it impossible for him to get a fair trial in Clarke County.
