Commissioner's Trial Latest

The case of an elected official in West Alabama, who's accused of criminal wrongdoing, is being continued. Choctaw County Commissioner Mark Gibson is charged with theft of county property. The case involves a county bush hog that was discovered by a concerned citizens' group at a scrap yard in Silas. The 54-year-old's case is now on the settlement docket for March 17th of next year.
