Deadline Looms for Absentee Voting

Absentee voting is available this week for those in Mississippi who qualify to vote early.

If you'll be out of town Tuesday, June 3, or your work schedule conflicts with voting hours or if you're at least 65, then you qualify to cast an absentee ballot.

The deadline for absentee voting for the primaries is Friday, May 31.

Circuit clerks offices are open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays.
