Downtown Alive After 5

Starting the last Thursday in September, Meridian Mainstreet is sponsoring 'Downtown Alive After 5.' The event will be held at Dumont Plaza and feature musical artists from throughout the area.

"We'll have a lot of fun,' says Meridian Mainstreet Executive Director, John McClure. 'It will run from 5 to 7:30. We'll have food, concessions, beverages down there, children's activities. Everything is free. It's going to be a very exciting event."

Downtown Alive After 5 activities will start the last Thursday in September and will be held each Thursday in October.
