Dream Come True Shopping Spree

A local girl had her wish to be a princess granted on Saturday by the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

Newscenter 11 followed Kioni Russell through Toys-R-Us on Saturday morning where she started her shopping spree. She picked out a whole cart full of things like a scooter, dolls, books, and an icee machine.

She also was taken to lunch at her favorite restaurant and to Wal-Mart, all by limo.

Brenda Golish with the Make-A-Wish Foundation says the organization is glad it can help kids that go through so much.
