A 1-vehicle crash in Kemper County around 7 a.m. Friday took the life of the driver, identified as 22-year-old Diqualo Williams of Macon.
The Nissan Altima left Highway 39 and wrapped around a tree near the Kemper-Noxubee county line.
The driver had to be extricated using the Jaws of Life.
