Four Charged in Sunday Armed Robbery

Meridian, Miss. Meridian police say they have charged four people who were taken into custody in connection with a Sunday armed robbery.

The incident happened around 4 a.m. July 28. Police responded to a call in a parking lot in the 1900 block of B Street.

The MPD says the victim told officers he was robbed at gunpoint by three young men who fled in a maroon Cadillac.

The suspects charged are: 28-year-old Livarious M. Tell of Toomsuba and 21-year-old Marquis M. Reid, 21-year-old Scottie L. Williams, and 13-year-old Antonio D. Williams, all of Meridian.

Bond was set at $50,000 for each person except for Antonio Williams, who did not receive a bond because he is currently out on bond for another felony charge.
