Gas Prices Down Slightly

The price of gasoline has gone down in Mississippi for the first time in weeks.

GasBuddy.com reports that the average price of a gallon of gasoline fell by about four cents over the last seven days.

Prices are still about a quarter higher than they were this time last year. They're still about four cents higher per gallon than they were this time last month.

The average price for regular unleaded gas:
Mississippi - $3.56
Alabama - $3.58
U.S. - $3.82
