A weekly survey shows another drop in gas prices, though it appears the rate of the drop is slowing.
GasBuddy.com says the average price of a gallon of gasoline in Mississippi dropped by about a cent over the last seven days.
Prices have dropped about 14 cents in the last month. They're 32 cents lower than they were this time last year.
The drop in Mississippi came as the national average ticked upward slightly.
The average price in both Mississippi and Alabama is about the same, roughly $3.25 per gallon. The national average has risen slightly to $3.51 per gallon.
