Holiday Bazaar Benefits Community

Trinity Presbyterian Church in Meridian held its annual Holiday Bazaar on Saturday.

Families came out to get an early start on their Christmas shopping at the bazaar, which featured about 20 vendors with homemade crafts ranging from wood working, to jewlery, to candles. Santa Claus was also in attendance and Pastor Mark Flynn says that the church hosts this event every year to help out the community.

"Well there's so many charities here in Meridian that need help and we figured we could do our part by raising some money and helping them with their ministries here in Meridian," Flynn says.

The money raised from booth fees goes to those local charities.
