A Clarke County grand jury has indicted a man in the murder of an East Mississippi Electric Power Association employee. It did not indict his wife, who was also charged.
The grand jury indicted Keith Davis on one count of murder in the June death of Nathan Baker who had come to the residence to turn their power off.
Jo Ann Davis, who was charged as an accessory after the fact, was not indicted.
The couple's 14-year-old son was also charged, but that case is being handled in youth court.
