John to Face Next Grand Jury

Neshoba County Sheriff Tommy Waddell says a man accused in the DUI-related deaths of his children will go before the next grand jury in July.

Duane John remains in the Neshoba County jail on $150,000 bond. He's charged with six counts of DUI manslaughter in the early Saturday morning deaths of his five children, and another woman.

Investigators say John ran the SUV they were in off the road and into a creek. All six drowned.
