Meridian Community College installed new members to its Hall of Fame as part of homecoming week festivities.
MCC alumni Robert Sanford, Jamie Bullock Cater, Nelda Joyce Frank, Joe Charles Sanders and Roscoe Jones, Sr., were applauded for their achievements.
MCC also recognized its Talon Club members, employees who have 30 years of service.
Honorees were Sandra Cross, Associate Degree Nursing Program instructor, and Jean Willis, workforce project manager.
MCC President Dr. Scott Elliott said the event was started 11 years ago as a way of promoting and preserving a sense of tradition at MCC.
