A man was shot Tuesday night in Meridian. He was taken to the hospital for treatment. Police were looking for two suspects.
The incident happened at Acme Plaza at Front Street and 14th Avenue around 6:30 p.m.
Police say the victim was a merchant who was robbed as he was walking to his vehicle and then shot.
The victim was not able to provide a good description of his attackers.
Police said the man was in stable condition Tuesday night at a local hospital.
