Meridian, Miss. Meridian police say the suspects who took pictures of themselves with a stolen cell phone have surrendered to authorities.
Detective Dareall Thompson says the two people who were wanted for burglarizing a vehicle in April turned themselves in to police after seeing themselves on the news.
The photos were taken by the cell phone police say was stolen from the car and made available through an app the owner downloaded called Lookout.
Police say it provided investigators with pictures of the suspects in action, taking items from the car, including the phone.
