Kemper County, Miss. A man who went missing Wednesday in Kemper County was found early Thursday morning.
83-year-old Bob Williamson was located around 12:40 a.m. along Williamson Road in Kemper County. He had been missing since 2 p.m. The search began around 8:30 p.m.
Williamson's four wheeler had flipped while he was riding and he fell down a hole along a bank. He was taken to a Meridian hospital and appeared to have broken one of his legs.
"A rescue worker found him on his four-wheeler; he rode down. He yelled out to him. He was able to yell back, but the reason he couldn't hear him, or we couldn't hear each other because he was down in a hole, and it muzzled his voice," said Kemper County Sheriff James Moore.
Volunteers and emergency management agencies from Lauderdale and Kemper counties helped in the search.
