Greene County, Ala. The search continues for a missing motorist in West Alabama.
According to Greene County Sheriff Jonathan Benison, two brothers were involved in the accident that happened around 7 p.m. Sunday off Alabama Highway 14 and Greene County Road 53.
The victims' vehicle came to rest in the Black Warrior River. One of the brothers, Brian Smith of Eutaw, was able to swim ashore; at last check he was still hospitalized.
For the past two days emergency crews from several different agencies have been searching the river for Smith's brother, 42-year-old Kevin Jamaal Gray from Huntsville.
The car was pulled from the river late Monday.
