On the occasion of his 29th birthday, May 5, the mother of Julius TaDarius Jones is making a plea for information about his disappearance.
Jones has been missing since August 2011. His vehicle was found days after his disappearance, outside an abandoned house in Meridian. But his mother says there have been no solid leads or information that indicate what might have happened to him.
The Jones family is still seeking closure and believes someone knows something about the young man's disappearance.
"We will not lose hope, of looking for TaDarius, believing that someone will come forth and tell us the truth, confess the truth or however it may come. " said his mother, Tabitha Jones. "We are looking and still believing and having hope that the truth will come."
Anyone who has information about Julius TaDarius Jones may report it anonymously to Meridian police. Inside the city, call 311. Others may call Crimestoppers at 855-485-8477(TIPS).
